ONNECTING directly with tiie pantry is tine l^itciien or galley, Mr. Goulds chef having a range forhis special use. The walls of the kitchen are covered with white enamelled tiles and the floorwith serviceable vitreous brick arranged in appropriate designs. It is fitted with every modernappliance for the prompt preparation and speedy service of meals, including an electric range andheater. The chef who cooks for the crew has a separate kitchen service. A bake-shop, equipped with the usual appliances for turning out a daily supplv of bread for the owners guests and the crew of the yacht, is a feature of this department.
